Public Hearing: A request to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, Sections 4.03.03. Screening/Buffer Areas, to require an eight-foot screening wall for nonresidential and multifamily zoned property when adjacent to single family residential zoned property and landscaping material a minimum height of eight feet at the time of planting for a living screen, and Subdivision Ordinance, Section 8.05, Alleys, to require an alley for residential lots abutting nonresidential and multifamily zoned property and to considered to direct Staff to prepare an Ordinance of the same. Public Hearing: A request to rezone 60.1± acres on the northeast corner of Spring Creek Parkway and SH 121 from Agricultural to Planned Development-Office-2/Retail/Residential, and to consider to direct Staff to prepare an Ordinance of the same. 35.

Public Hearing: A request to amend the Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance No, 11-04-09) and Subdivision Ordinance (Ordinance No. 09-07-38, as amended), to reflect ordinance changes approved in the Neighborhood Design Strategy, and to consider to direct Staff to prepare an Ordinance of the same. 36.

Consider and act upon an adoption of Ordinances to repeal Ordinance No. 12-05-31 consisting of 364.4± acres on northwest and southwest corner of Dallas Parkway and Rockhill Parkway (“Property”), to amend the Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance No. 11-04-09, as amended), and to rezone the Property from Planned Development-216-Mixed Use into two separate Planned Developments (Planned Development-216-Mixed Use and Planned Development-Mixed Use).
